Ideological And Political Work Of Modern Research

The thesis based on the reality of the relation between person modernization and the development of society. These are two elements in the course of socialism modernization. Ideology and political work should play great role in promoting these two ones. But the actuality of ideology and political work can not take this task. To fulfil the task, we must try to modernize ideology and political work. All of these aim at not only to restore and carry forward the fine conditions, but also to transfer current ideology and political work into a modern and powerful situation. The modernization of ideology and political work is a new idea, the author tries to solve this problem, that means ,to study it in a scientific and systematic way. The thesis comprises introduction and six sections. In the introduction the author mainly introduces the actuality and the theoretical basis of the study of the modernization of ideology and political work. The section one hat means the modernization of ideology and political work ?which the author analyzes the new idea for the first time. In the section two ,the essence of the modernization of ideology and political work was explained. To promote the process of person modernization is the basic objective. Another reason for modernizing of ideology and political work is to carry the socialism modernization to a new stage. The section three is the contents of the modernization of ideology and political work. After point out the weakness portions of ideology and political work, the author stresses the contents of ideology and political education. From section four to section six, the author puts forward some ways to realize the modernization of ideology and political work. The thoughtway modernization of political cadre is the breakthrough of the modernization of ideology and political work. Political cadres should acquire the informational, systematic and creative thoughtway. Style and method of political cadre 憇 work should be modernized to ensure that it is adapted to the requirement of the contents of ideology and political. Style and method of political cadres include means, research and equipment, all these should be modernized. Theoretical work can not be divorced from current situation. Theoretical worker must study new situations and solve new problems. In the end, the author expounds that the modernization of ideology and political work should be guaranteed by two things. The first one is ,for ideology and political work to be successful ,it is necessary to improve the leadership and to improve its leadership system. The most important is to realize the institution and socialization of the leadership provided by the Party. The second one is, to enhance the total quality of political cadres. Promotion of cadres who are more revolutionary, younger, better educated and more competent professionally. On the other hand, the strncture of political cadres should be modernized too.
