Values are the spiritual vane of a country,a nation and a society,while values identification is the ideological stabilizer of a country,a nation and a society.From the perspective of the history of Chinese civilization and even the history of world civilization,the security and stability of the ideological field is the basis for the establishment of the country and the security of the country.In the field of ideology,the mainstream values reflecting the fundamental interests and universal value demands of the people have the functions and functions of guiding the ideology,integrating the ideology and gathering the soul.Therefore,to form and strengthen the broad,deep and lasting recognition of the mainstream values is conducive to building a common ideological foundation and realizing the long-term stability of the country.It can be said that to maintain the security and stability of the ideological field with the identity of values has become one of the basic experiences of running the state,governing the country and managing the society.For this reason,the Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the construction of the identity of values in the long-term governance,especially after the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed the era topic of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values,the strategic significance and practical value of further strengthening the identity of mainstream values are more prominent,with a view to strengthening the socialism through the effective transformation at the practical level The recognition of the core values is a stronger ideological consensus for the advancement of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics and the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,it is the mission of Ideological and political education to pay attention to the prominent problems in the process of identifying the mainstream values and make theoretical thinking and interpretation,which is determined by the internal demands,essential attributes and theoretical advantages of Ideological and political education.From the perspective of Ideological and political education,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to look at the practical problems of the identification of social values.In this regard,this paper focuses on the three basic questions of "why to strengthen the identity of values","what is the identity of values",and "how to promote the identity of values",and makes theoretical research and answers from the perspective of Ideological and political education.First of all,strengthening the identification of values is the ideological basis for promoting the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Historical experience shows that the stable development of the country depends on the unity and stability in ideology.To promote the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,it is urgent to gather consensus in ideology,which needs to further play the cohesive function of values identification.Secondly,it is the spiritual pillar to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.From the perspective of the historical evolution of the Chinese nation,the strength of the nation depends on the support of and political education in China,the paper analyzes the subject of value identity,which has a complete structure level,including the national subject,social subject and individual subject.Among them,the State subject includes the subject with the Communist Party of China as the leading force and the masses of the Chinese people as the fundamental force,which is the highest level of the subject force in the subject structure of value identity in the perspective of Ideological and political education in China,and also the subject force in the dominant position in the system engineering of values in China.At the same time,as the concentrated representative of the social subject,the subject of Ideological and political education specialization is the leader of strengthening the recognition of the mainstream values,and undertakes the important tasks of the related theoretical research,education and teaching,and social propaganda of the values recognition.As the basic unit of social subject,family is the basic strength of our country's value identity.Family virtue,family education and family style construction are all important contents of strengthening the mainstream value identity.As an individual subject,the specific individual is the main purpose of implementing the identity of values.Through the accurate positioning of social relations,the individual's ideological understanding is constantly unified and integrated into the ideological construction requirements of the country and society,which not only contributes personal strength but also realizes personal value.From the analysis of the incomplete equivalence between the objective and the actual situation proposed by the construction of value identity in China,we can explore the problems of value identity in the perspective of Ideological and political education from the three levels of the state,society and individuals.First,the prominent problems at the national level are mainly reflected in the struggle and competition in the field of national ideology,which are mainly manifested in the invasion of capitalist ideology on China's socialist ideology,the harm of market profit-seeking to the construction of mainstream values,and the leading role of mainstream media is greatly impacted by the new media.Secondly,the outstanding problems in the social level are mainly reflected in the challenges to the cohesion of social thoughts.Furthermore,there are weak links in the process of promoting the identification of values,which are mainly manifested in the insufficient effective connection of the values identification education in the ideological and political courses of schools,the deviation of the values guidance in the creation of social literature and art,and the function of the family in the process of the mainstream values identification education The ideological and political work in all walks of life is not in place.Third,the problem of personal value identification is mainly reflected in the insufficient recognition of the mainstream values,mainly in the cognitive level differences and the practical gap in practice.The causes of the above problems are various.Fundamentally speaking,the root of the value problem lies in the interests.The value contest at the national level stems from the competition and maintenance of the national interests.The value conflict at the social level stems from the generation and distribution of the social interests.The value conflict at the personal level stems from the multiple demands of the personal interests and the conditions for the realization of the interests.In addition,the evolution of major social contradictions derived from interests,the formation of social interest pattern and distribution pattern,the awakening of individual self-consciousness,individual education experience and other aspects are the main reasons that affect the identity of values.On how to promote the identification of values.First,continue to strengthen the strategic construction of values identification from the national level.Therefore,we should not only adhere to the core leadership of the party,give full play to the leading position and political advantages of the party in the ideological construction,but also constantly improve the economic strength of the country,lay a solid material foundation,strengthen the self-confidence of the theory,give scientific theoretical guidance,and also stand firm the position of the people,and closely rely on and unite the people.At the same time,we should expand the influence of the mainstream media,carry forward the theme and spread positive energy;finally,we should pay attention to improving the quality of talent training,especially to provide scientific guidance and effective guarantee for the talents specialized in value identification research,publicity,education and work.Second,from the social level,we should constantly enhance the people's recognition of values,which means that we should give full play to the greatest function of each subject of values recognition.As the leading force of social subject,the subject of Ideological and political education specialization should become the advocator and practitioner of value identity in the construction of value identity,further do a good job in theoretical research,education and teaching,and social propaganda,and enhance the attraction,appeal and cohesion of value identity education publicity with profound thoughts and effective words.As a special subject of value identity construction,literary and art workers should pay attention to the correct value orientation in creative activities,and guide the society to form a real identity to the mainstream values with literary and art works.As the basic unit of social subject,we should play the basic role of family and family education,and strengthen the recognition of mainstream values through the construction of family style.In a word,we should form a new pattern in which all social subjects work together to promote the recognition of values,and make the socialist core values the basic principles of daily life and learning of all members of society.The third is to promote the unity of knowledge and practice in the identification of values from the individual level.Through
