Study On Entrepreneur PSOP Stimulation Mechanism Based On EVA

The study on entrepreneur stimulation or generally stimulation is very important in economics and management .At present ,it is a searching period about the study on entrepreneur stimulation .Many methods are using by forein company for example ,stock option and annual salary .Because of the characters of chinese enterprise administration's structure, law environment and marketing economy, the methods speaked of have been used unsuccessfully in china. The common opinion havn't been reached out about entrepreneur stimulation in our nation .There are few effective applying cases in reality. So we must pay more attention to study entrepreneur stimulation. This paper deeply analysed theory about the mechanism of entrepreneur stimulation .Compared present stimulation mechanisms and sum up the premise condition ,we draw out chinese feature's entrepreneur mechanism .Analyzing and modifying ShangHai BeiLing corporation's plan of PSOP, the new PSOP based on EVA is planed again .In order to strength the effect of entrepreneur stimulation. Compared the initial plan with modified plan ,according to the reality of shanghai Beiling company ,we proved that the PSOP based on EVA is feasibility .
