The manufacturing system with large material flow engineering project refers to the manufacturing system with engineering project as its object, with large consumption of raw materials which occupy large rate of total cost, with a wide range of material flow and complicated control. The research on such manufacturing system and the technologies of its optimized resource scheme is significant for such enterprises to adjust their structures, to optimize their system running and resources scheme, to realize their integration during the manufacturing process and to continually develop. First of all, based on the analysis of the management flow of manufacturing enterprise, this dissertation brings up the concept of the manufacturing system with large material flow, sets forth the two main characters of it: material flow and item. With the basis of the summary of the current achievement, this author builds up the systematic structure including five parts: the life circle of manufacture system, the flow of the large material flow, the object system, the resource system and the organization model and explains its inner structure and characters. Then the realization model is analyzed and constructed which includes the equally distributing advance process, the integrated management and control of project items, and the optimized attempt and management model for manufacturing in separate places.At the same time, this author researches in the WBS in manufacture project with large material flow, dissects its construction of project resource plan system, brings up the method of the solution to the resource trace, control and the changing resource control.Several problems of optimized resource distribution in such a system are systematically and deeply discussed: the optimized distribution for multi-dimension resource in more than one items and its solution; the resource distribution in scattering structure and its mathematics model; the arithmetic based on neuro-net is brought forward to reflect better the autonomy of subordinates; discusses the problem of cost and schedule and accordingly gets the theory of synthetic control of cost and schedule and its mathematics model; the labor force demands and optimizing structure are studied, the total quantity of the demands is calculated and accordingly the way to protract the labor charge curve is researched and it is optimized too.In the end, with the application of the theories and ways in this dissertation, the project management and resource scheme system in large material flow project is developed. This dissertation is one important part of the 863 plan/CIMS project "the application project in Fangda Group, Shenzhen"(the contract number 863-511-810-012-1). And in the real application in Fangda, the theories, methods and the application software for the project management and the resources scheme of this system are proved to be efficient and beneficial.
