This paper illustrates problem of internal worker’s flow of a city’s land andResources bureau by discussing the situation of bureau’s staff flow. Meanwhile, thepaper tries to prove the reasonable longitudinal and transverse flow of staff has animportant influence on staff’s task performance and job satisfaction by discussingrelated government’s policy, human capital flow in decision making model andincentive theory. Meanwhile it also emphasizes a good internal worker’s flow willpromote the bureau’s work efficiency. |
