Finally, on the basis of analyzing the tradition and assessing the method, it proposes the assessment method that is option law of material object. The main achievement that this thesis is made is as follows:(l)On the basis of value theory of traditional resource and contact the theory and practice of sustainable development, the thesis puts forward and analyzes the resource composite values which is contain natural s of value and a brand-new values from an angle of compound large system with economy naturally.(2)In the guidance of resource composite values, the text analyzes the form of petroleum resource asset, namely that four levels are formed by realistic social value, potential social value, environmental value and risk value.(3)Have designed a set of index system of petroleum resource asset's value assessment scientifically. The thesis sets out from realistic social value, potential social value, environmental value and risk value and structures the corresponding key index systematically.(4)Have proposed the assessment method that is option law of material object. This method has not only reflect the thought of the values that resources composite but also consider effectively the risk in petroleum resource asset to explore - develop, compared other methods have obvious advantages, more objective, fairness, science.
