This dissertation is an analysis and research on legal issues of property right of enterprise, this dissertation can be divided into seven sections. It covers the legal issues that shoud be addressed in the enterprise ' s rights structure and management style. It is reseached from abstract to concrete, furtheremore, because the main issue of property right of enterprise is in the public enterprise (include the state-owned enterprise and the collective enterprise), this dissertation discuse the property right of the public enterprise mainly.This dissertation contains seven chapters.Chapter one reviews the concepts of the property right of enterprise , the characteristic of the property right of enterprise, the relationship of every type of property right of enterprise, the system of property right of enterprise and the comparasion of every type of property right of enterprise.Chapter two is about the property right of enterprise legal person. It deals with the concept of the property right of enterprise legal person, the background .context and the form of the property right of enterprise' legal person.Chapter three is about the structure of the property right of enterprise. It deals with the concept of the structure of the property right of enterprise legal person, the background ,context and the improving of the structure of property right of enterprise ' legal person.Chapter four is about the division of the property right of enterprise. It deals with the concept of the division of the property right of enterprise , the background ,context and the division of property right of the state-owned enterprise and the collective enterprise enterprise.Chapter five is about the transfering possesion of the property right of enterprise. This is the last.chapter of this dissertation . It deals with the concept and methods of the legal protection of the property right of enterprise, and discuses the particular protection of property right of the state -owned enterprise ,and how to mediate an issue of the property right of enterprise.
