Study On The Development And Structures Of Enterprise Values Of Chinese State-owned Enterprises

Nowadays, a speedy development of state-owned enterprises is very important for a sustainable and sound development of national economy and prolonged political stability. There are many factors that have influence on the development of state-owned enterprises, and enterprise values are an outstanding one. A study of the formations and structures of the enterprise values of Chinese state-owned enterprises, refinements, inductions and analyses of the existing enterprise values in the state-owned enterprises and the advancement of enterprise values, which keep pace with the era, have theoretical and practical significances on ensuring the state-owned enterprises developing in the socialist road and speeding the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.Integrating theory with practice and history with logical law, this paper studies the enterprise values of Chinese state-owned enterprises by sticking firmly to the motif of the social and historical development and the development of state-owned enterprises in China, and tries to show and analyze deeply the different systematical enterprise values of Chinese state-owned enterprises in different historical stages.The first part of the paper analyses the social historical conditions from the beginning of new China. Then in the second part, this paper mainly stresses on the three development stages of enterprise values of Chinese state-owned enterprises, namely, the enterprise values in the years of planned economy, the enterprise values in the early years of reform and opening up and the enterprise values in the years of socialist market economy, and concrete sense of the enterprise values of each stages are detailedly explained and analyzed.The last part of the paper gives some pieces of advice on the enterprise values that accord with the socialist market economy and modern enterprise system. This is whatthe paper aims for. The paper points out that the modern state-owned enterprises shallperfect their enterprise values to keep up pace with the socialist market economy and modern enterprise system under the guidance of idea of new collectiveness. For example, human factors comes first, constantly forges ahead and innovates, attaches much to good quality and reputation, relies on scientific and technological results and competitive returns and sticks to the road of sustained development. When establishing enterprise values, the enterprises shall set up a lofty aim, pay much attention to specialties and innovations, draw on the experiences of others and pool the wisdom and efforts of all its staff members.
