The Study Of Chinese Surrounding Strategies

In my opinion, China will rise to be one of the strongest country in the world in the early years of this century, this means China must be the regional center. As a central country, China should balance carefully her rights and duties. But how can we do our best to insure that? One of the critical ways is to work out a systematic surroundings strategy. First of all, let's divide Chinese surroundings into four geopolitical units. As we can see, in different unit China has different national interest, which demands that China should have different national strategy correspondingly. So this doctoral thesis tries to provide her with an academic suggestion: the strategy for Northeast Asia should be yuan jiao jin gong, for Middle Asia should be fan ke wei zhu, for Southern Asia should be he xiao gong da , for Southeast Asia should be qian yi mo hua.
