On The Pattern Of International Politics After The "9·11 Event" And The Choice Of China' Great Strategy

With the ending of the Cold War and the missing of"Bipolar"pattern,"Only super Power and Multi-great Power"is our international political pattern. With the"9·11"event happen, the relations of many nations are adjusted again and has important effect on the development of international political pattern. It proves big nations or international groups aren't the only force to change international political pattern. Besides, international organizations, even international terrorism also play important role in the development of international political pattern. Correspond to those,"polar"include nations,group of nations,international organizations and nongovernmental organizations those have big power,important and independent effect in supporting and changing international political pattern. The current international political pattern,"Only super Power and Multi-great Power", although can't be changed completely with the"9·11"event, it has changed the international relations of big nations obviously. Therefore, it has changed the balance of big powers in the world. More important to us, it has important effect on regional political pattern, and changes the Middle Asia and Middle East political pattern. Currently, any international political pattern is not developed completely. China should push the international political development of"Multi-polarization"and try to become an important and influential"polar"in international political pattern with scientific plans of development. We should correctly estimate the status of china in international political pattern and make sensible strategic choice. We should follow two advices: 1,China should carry through economic development and improve our comprehensive national strength. 2,For the purpose of having a stable environment for peaceful development and improve our Chinese peaceful development to an important and influential"polar"in international political pattern, China should insist on the policy of independence and peaceful diplomacy. Furthermore, China should make more contributions to the development of democratization and"Multi -polarization".
