The global development of the regionalism is an important phenomenon in the half of the twenty-century. According to the development of the regionalism theory, This paper interpret the regionalism theory of the world, by which, the paper tries to find the theme of the development of regionalism in the current globalization politics and to understand the relationship between fact and theory constructed.The first chapter sees the conception of regionalism, the development clue of regionalism theory and practice, and the method of the theory constructing. Then, the author explains the framework of the paper and the trade-off of the comment.From the second chapter to the fourth chapter, the paper sees the theory of European Integration. The author divides the history of European theory into three stages (i.e.: the initial stage, the stage of development and predicament of theory, and the debate stage of theory in the new development of Europe Integration) and explains the theories of European Integration.Chapter five and Chapter six analyze the regionalism of developing world. Chapter five discusses the development regionalism and then explains the Latin American regionalism. Chapter six sees the Asia regionalism. The author thinks that the regionalisms in Latin American and Asia are typical cases of the regionalisms in developing world.The seventh chapter discusses the new regionalisms that have been emerging since the 1980s. The new regionalism takes on new traits that are different with the former regionalism. Some Scholars redefine the regionalism and explore the regionalism theory. At the same time, the debating of international relations theories are furthering, which provides new perspectives for understanding new regionalism.
