High-tech Industry Development And Innovation

Nowadays, the science and technology play more and more important role in the economic development, while high-tech industry based on development and application of high-tech is becoming one of the most energetic and competent industries in national economic. High-tech industry represents the orientation and hope in economic development, which development level has a great effect on the promotion of comprehensive nation power. Therefore, whether developing country or developed country establishes it to boost native technology advancement and high-tech development as a principal strategy.The thesis stresses on the important significance of technology innovation to high-tech industry, on which is based to discuss the environment, fundament of high-tech industry development and the role the government may play in the nigh-tech development process. Further, combine with realistic status and put forward the policy and suggestion on promoting our national high-tech industry development.The thesis is classified into five parts. Part one is general introduction on high-tech, which concludes two aspects. Contemporary high-tech has characteristics of intelligence, highly knowledge density, highly innovation, largely launch, highly increment, highly risk, highly competitiveness and highly diffiisivity. Secondly, take an analysis on effect of high-tech development to our social and economical life.Part two mainly discusses the connotation of high-tech industry and analyzes technology innovation and diffusion of technology innovation in a detail. Based on it, the development process of high-tech industry is studied profoundly. In this part the high-tech industry is a general concept revolving various enterprise form engaged in research, development, production, expansion and application on high-tech, which is a category concept, generally including some different kinds of industry; Point out that high-tech innovation and diffusion of technology innovation are the driving force to promote the developOment of high-tech industry; According to the theory of production life-cycle, put forward that generally high-tech industry is in the prenatal stage and growth stage of industry development, which development process is a consistent innovation and expansion process.
