The concept of "Human Resource" has been advanced for more than half a century. As the rare resource for the social development, human resource are well recognized. Human resource management is playing an more and more important role for the enterprises management, especially in the current era of economic globalization, internet information, electronic currency and resource knowledge like. In this background, as the combination of theory and practice, Human Resource Management Mode(HRMM) were advanced by a few scholars in 1980s. Based on this mode, further research and analysis were conducted by theory researchers and practice operators in succession. Based on the former researchers and my personal practical experiences, I performed research and analysis to this subject. Hopefully, it will benefit the human resource management in enterprises.This paper consists 3 parts: Analysis Framework of the Human resource management mode, Development Research of Human resource management mode and Testify & Development Research of the Human resource management mode in Existing Post Enterprises.The Ind part is the framework of the Human resource management mode. It briefs the definition of relative terms. Meanwhile it also addresses the latest research results of some modes to further uncover the substance of the HRMM. Exposition is the primary method in this part. The analysis part comes down to Management, Economics, Sociology and others subjects as well. It is well known that Management, Economics and Sociology are important subjects to carry out researches into human social lives. It conducts research and analysis for various social phenomena from different angles. The research content is quite independent while it is also crossovering. Management analyses the organic and personal behavior focusing on organic and personal objectives. Economics researches into human social economic activities from the angle of resource dispision. And Sociology addresses analysis of various kinds of human relationships. To research into the organic behaviors, relationships and activities of human being, the productive element ( resource), therefore HRMM is related to this 3 subjects with deep mutual theoretic complement and references. To combine this 3 subjects will result in more objective and comprehensive understanding of this research. So the theoretic basis and thought of Management, Economics and Sociology penetrates from the very beginning to the end ,and lays the foundation of the testify and conclusion of the following parts.The 3th part is the development and research part. It mainly introduces different HRMM carried out in USA and domestic enterprises. To better HRMM of domestic enterprises, analysis and comparison are conducted. Comparative analysis method is mainly used focusing on its difference of thought, concept, system and value. It alsoevaluates the applicability of the mode and raises the innovation process of some modes. Further discussion and analysis of the development of HRMM is addressed.The 4th part is on HRMM testify and development research of the existing post enterprises. Questions like "What is it?" and "What should it be?" are answered in this part. That is to say, it mainly focuses on the realistic thinking when the mode is in the practical application, such as "What is it?" and "What should it be?". So requiring method is mainly used to make up the un-coherence between the theory and practice(Buckley & et al., 1998). As a matter of fact, it is the process of value and facts judgment. Enterprises in moment of transition are continuously looking for a standardized and scientific human resource management mode in the past few years. There is great wide vision for HR researchers. My experiences of the subject research in some enterprises, especially in the post enterprises inspire me a lot to write up this thesis.
