The human resource is researched and developed in the modern enterprise as a strategic problem. That means this problem is very important for the management and development of enterprise.Through the research and evaluation of the management system of human resource in Jiuzhou Company, the paper wants to find out the advantage and shortage in the human resource management (HRM) of Jiuzhou Company, and helps it to improve and consummate its system of HRM, and to increase the level of HRM, in order to serve for the strategic goal of the company batter.In virtue of the theory of HRM, based on the detailed expanding the status of HRM in Jiuzhou Company, the paper analyzes mainly the three sides of human resource planning, personal examination and payment management in Jiuzhou Company, and gives the interrelated suggestions and the improving measures. Firstly, in the human resource planning, the paper points out that the HRM and the strategy of company are depending on each other, and discusses the specific contents and affect of manpower resource planning in Jiuzhou Company, including the mode and flow of manpower resource planning in the company and the "talent project" being enforced in the company. Paper tables the proposals such as the medium- and long-term plans of the human resource should be formulated and the personal information system must be established in thecompany.Secondly, in the personal examineation the paper points out that the goal of personal examination is to provide the basis for decision of HRM in the company. In examining the principle of science, equity and impersonality must be persisted. The system of personal examination must be established step by step. Therefore, the paper tables such proposals as establishing the system of periodic report and the system of appeal for examining, and practicing the method of communion between the cadre and employees. In particular, the communion between the cadre and employees must be done face to face, this is good for directly discovering the talent, and for avoiding the "obscure operation" in the personal examination. The paper brings forward also that the examination for the "talent project" should be strengthened in order to fully incarnate the system of employment of "able person is up, mediocre person is down".Lastly, in the labor payment management, the paper points out that the strengthening of labor payment management is very important for enhancing the work positivity of employee. The labor payment is an important factor for deciding the material life and social status. It is also the economical and social base for meeting the physiology needs, for the sociality, for self-worth and for self-fulfillment. By the affirming the endeavor of Jiuzhou Company for holding the talent, the paper analysises also the abuse of current salary system in the company, and brings forward that a new salary management system should be established, its main part is payment depending on station affect, but the other methods are also used in this system.The paper has not technically processed the referenced materials for discussing the HRM. The paper hopes that such suggestions as "communion between the cadre and employees", "mantissa in grade is out and top in grade is up" and " salary system decided by talking" can be used for reference and inspiration for enhancing the HRM in Jiuzhou Company. They also provide the new method and direction.
