At present, human resource management become a strategic task concerning a corporation's development in the long run. Although managers in small and medium-sized enterprises are aware of the point, but the status in quo of human resource management in our Small and medium-sized enterprises allows of no optimism for some reasons. What we are in active demand is perhaps not theoretic or ideology in human resource management and corporation's management, but standardized technology and approaches transferred from these theoretic and ideology. Small and medium-sized enterprises are now under a good environment for operation, and face some challenges, restructuring the economic management system to the modern corporation management scheme and human resource management happen to be a perfect start point during this process.The 3-P mode in human resource management, which includes three aspects, that is position analysis, performance appraisal and payment system, is an effective human resource management mode. It commences from 'position analysis', then carries on and focuses its emphasis on 'performance appraisal' and at the end conducts the 'payment management' as a result of the former procedures. The 3-P mode could utilize the central technology and pivotal part of human resource management, and thus fully incarnates the main ideology of human resource management. At the same time, the 3-P mode is easy to operate and helpful to reduce the cost for management, which adapts to the actual features of middle-small corporations. The system of human resource management could be brought along with the mutual connection and operation of these three core parts.In the operational level, it should comprise the establishment of 3-P system. The above issues have been probed into respectively in this thesis, and pertinent suggestions about the 3-P mode inSmall and medium-sized enterprises have been put out.At the same time, the writer introduce several hr techniques, including 'Position Competence Mode', '360° Appraisal Mode' , 'KPI' and 'BSC', and 'Position Value Mode'. And these approaches have a good effect on human resource management, and are convenient to small and medium-sized enterprises.
