Private Enterprise Party Building A Number Of Issues To Study

Developing Party building work in private enterprises is the needs of guiding the healthy development of private enterprises, of reinforcing the connection of Party with masses of staff of private enterprises, of consolidating the class foundation and the masses foundation of our ruling party in the new situation. Since the party building work in private enterprises is a new field, thus there are a lot of theoretical and actual problems for us to explore. Taking the important thought of "three represents" as guidance and combining the examples which are explored in many places these years, this paper tries to research some major problems of the party building in the private enterprises, and put forward some views of my own.This thesis is composed of the introduction and four charpters.The main contents of the introduction are as follows. Firstly, the introduction discusses that the objec of the study is several problems of party building in private enterprises. Secondly, this thesis in which there are four charpters mainly discusses the elementary problems of party building in private interprises. Charpter 1 mainly analyses the development of the private enterprises and its influence over party building. Charpter 2 mainly studies the actual basis of the party building work. Charpter 3 discusses the status and the duties of the grass-roots of the leading party group of the private enterprises. Charpter 4 mainly summarizes the installation and management of the private enterprises. Thirdly, the introduction clarifies the the major viewpoints of this paper discussing the urgency and the realistic possibility of the party building work, and studying its main contents and guarantee measure.Text part introduces the basic contents of paper mainly. Charpter 1 majorly researches the history of variations and developments of the private enterprises since carrying out the policy of reforming and opening up to the outside world especially, studies the important role with social advance for national economy as well as the vigorous development of private enterprises and the the good fortuneand challenges to the caurse of our party building. Thus we can see the importance and urgentance party building work in private enterprises. Firstly, it analyses the variations and development of the private enterprises. Since our new China sets up, the private enterprises have gone through the course ofaffirmation------negation-the new affirmation of the negation of negation. Theauthor tries to discuss the historical certainty of " spring breeze blowing again gives birth ". Facing this stern new situation new task, we must explore the law of its intrinsic with great efforts, creat the new channel and new method which accords with actual condition.Charpter 2 majors in realistic possibility of building work for developing the party building of private enterprise.
