Human resource management is the new problem encountered by domestic companies when they are in the course of establishing modern enterprises system. It has been a worldwide problem to make the enterprises animated and to keep the lasting competitiveness. In order to win the competitive advantage, enterprises in developed capitalist countries, such as America, Canada and Japan, conduct a series of exploration in human resource management and make many valuable achievements, which are worth learning and using for reference by us. In China, animating and managing the enterprises well mean the establishment of modern enterprise system in the form of companies' structure. While the implementation of human resource management is important part of the establishment of modern enterprise system. A lot of domestic scholars have made researches into recruiting and motivation separately, however, further researches on human resource management are not often made.Human resource is the first resource through which modern enterprises survive and develop. This dissertation attempts to research into the source of modern enterprises' survival and development essentially. The author tries hard to research on human resource management in modern enterprises, taking Marxism economic theory as guide, employing dialectical materialist and historical materialist point of view and method, and using valuable views and analysis method in western economics and management as reference. This dissertation' exploratory research includes the following four aspects: Firstly, Research Perspective. From the perspective of that human resource management is the useful tool with which modern enterprises acquire competitive advantages, this dissertation analyses why and how to implement human resource management in the middle of establishing modern enterprise system. Secondly, Research Aim. This dissertation' ultimate aim is to enable modern enterprises to effectively select and use human resource-the mainbody's production factor, to guarantee enough human resources to fulfill the enterprises' mission, and to enhance enterprises' core competitiveness. Thirdly, Research Content. It emphasizes dialectical unity between the foundation and system of modern human resource management, organic unity between personnel selection and placement systems, as well as human resource management network system that ought to be applied. Fourthly, Research Emphases. It focus on the job while analyzing the human resource management system. Whether the human resource has the knowledge, skill and method suited to the job or not is mainly studied and taken as the standard of engagement of human resource in the recruitment system. Then whether the human resource has the quality, behavior and performance fit the job is placed emphasis on and regarded as the standard of stimulation and stipulation of the human resource in the employment system. The theoretical meaning of this dissertation is to conduct research into human resource management in modern enterprises from actual conditions. The research will have certain meanings to enrich and perfect modern theories of both enterprise system and human resource management. Researches on human resource management issues made especially from new perspective, aim and content have comparatively great realistic meaning to do well in modern enterprises' human resource management and to improve their competitiveness in marketplace.
