This thesis totally analyzes the problems existing in present-day enterprise production management system (PMS), and manufacturing system reconfigurable and workflow of business process of production management under the background of PMS in discrete manufacturing enterprises, and distinguishes similar and dissimilar business process and management function from enterprises business activities based on studying the characteristic of production management in discrete manufacturing enterprises. According to business process reconfigurable (BPR), the similar is basis of system reconfigurable, and the dissimilar is contents of it. In order to differentiate the similar cell and the dissimilar cell, this thesis uses group technology (GT) and BPR philosophy, and regroups production management processes and functions, and investigates and sets up basic activity cells of business process, and proposes the arithmetic of entity comparability by way of the basis of system reconfigurable.Based on the needs of rapid reconfigurable, this thesis sets up theories and methods of realizing integration of GT and ERP system under the Agile Manufacturing model, and proposes group cell model and information cell model based on workflow management, and includes the definitions and management ways of workflow cells, and uses the technique of system analysis oriented objects and soft components, designs basic soft components of production management process (PMP) in enterprises, and sets forth the core technology of software reusing and realizing rapid reconfigurable of production management system oriented workflow of PMP based on soft component technology .With the help of the theory of BPR and Petri net, the model of production management workflow in discrete manufacturing enterprises, and the Use Case model of master production schedule subsystem and the model of activity cell object are set up, and the methods of distilling soft component objects are put forward, and by using modeling and analyzing oriented object and soft component technology, the domain common soft components and the domain special soft components of enterprise production management subsystem are designed, and the methods of analysis and designing and realizing of reusable soft components are set forth, and the core technique of dynamic and quick reconfigurable from BPR to PMS are studied. The methods of management and maintenance of reusable components base including identifying and classifying and searching of it are put forward, and system structure of soft components grouping of PMS based on the soft component and truss technique and quick reconfigurable of PMS in the discrete enterprise is researched.
