With the fast-changing development of science technologe and the quikening pace of globalization,the enterprises of the world market will confront increasing sharply competition.The competition is all-round. It is not only products and services competition but also the competition of organization ability,human resouces and enterprises change ability. How to know the enterprises change or migration and make it live in a unstable market enviroment will become a difficult problem of all enterprises management during a times of speed competiton.In fact there are many scholars and enterprenuers who are researching and thinking the problem of enterprise change about the theory aspect and the pratice process.These scholars and enterprenuers express their views about enterprise change and migration sporadically in the numerous documents and talking records.Especially there are more records about foreign developed contry's enterprise change as the researching object and the logic basic . Many facts as the nation and area difference of development standard,institution,culture,and market growing are not taken into account. enterprise change point of view is the background of western culture and institution.So this dissertation try to make a comparison with enterprise change,especially the manufacture enterprises change which is important effect on the nation economy development.The object is to provide a reference for enterprises how to do the change in the pratice process by the comprision with the way and theroy of different enterprises change,the different facts which can affect enterprise change ,the difference of enterprise change level in the change process.According our thinking,the paper mainly study the following questions:1.The effect and difference of the restricted factors in the process of enterprises change-technologe, market, culture ,institution, power-politics action.2.The comparision analysis of the content levels and response levels in the process of enterprises change. 3.The two ways are usually used the process of enterprises change-the comparosion nanlysis of gradual change and drastic change.4.The comparision study on change characteristic of difference period during enterprises life-cycle.5.The horizontal comparison-a study on the United States,Japan and china enterprises change.6.The enterprises diversify and enterprises change.We mainlycomparision analyse the change of nation-owned enterprises and family-owned enterprises,large-scale enterprises and small-scale enterprises.The main content of the paper is following:1. this dissertation mainly analyses the restricted factors which can play a role on enterprise change-institution,technologe,market,culture and politics-power action.The author find that there are many difference among those main factors which can make enterprises change through the comprision nanlysing of enterprise development document.The development of technologe and market has the law. For example,the enterprises of different level and property of all nations will make corresponding change when the technologe and market is in the process of development and evolution.There is identical among the the change method and way, for example business outsurcing,strategy alliance,organization restruture and so on .There are different factors(institution,culture and politics-power action)which can make enterprises change .The effect will be opposite if we don't take into account the perfectness of institution and purifly pursue'ESOPs'or options institution. So we can't completely pursue 'bring-use'because we know that mature management theory and idea of foreign are perfectful.The difference of institute and culture decide the differenceof management practice .We can know it from the change process of American enterprises in 1980 and Japan enterprises at the end of 90 'in 20 century.
