| Knowledge value is considered the fundamental basis of Knowledge Economy. Studying measuring methods on its principle and value has an important role in the development of knowledge economy. In current, technology knowledge becomes the first production forces. Meeting with reform opened to outside and flourished market economy, traditional Marxist economy theory should be advanced with times and have new developing spaces. During a significant address which celebrating the establishment of CCP (Chinese Communist Party) for eighty years, comrade Jiang Zemin said that we should deepen the understanding of socialist labor and labor theory of value and make further study on them. This indicates Marxist labor theory of values needs to innovate and break though combining with objective practice in the new history. It will provide scientific guidance for future social development.This study starts from epistemology of Dialectical Materialism, selects logic idea from common to special according to the principle of seeking truth from fact and innovation. Many frontier questions such as basic theory relate to knowledge, process of knowledge formation, accumulation and application, the principle and measurement on knowledge value etc, have been painstakingly carried out. By nature, illustrates that all labor will develop towards marketing and commercializing in socialist market-oriented economic construction. After learning quality and quantity of knowledge category and consulting previous views and thoughts about knowledge classification, own thoughts are raised from the attribute perspective, produce purpose and carrier which supplies basis theory for the following study. Chapter 4 is knowledge formation, accumulation, application and mechanism. Knowledge value is derived from its formation, accumulation and application.
