With the improvement of knowledge economy, most organizations have realized what their most important asset is. That is the KNOWLEDGE! Knowledge is not only the key element of production in the organization, but also the vital method, which helps the organization to keep the competition benefits. Knowledge management (KM) is an essential tool of innovation, performance and development of knowledge resources. The aim of investigation is the knowledge management of X Translation Office of Business Affairs. X-Translation Office belongs to the organization of knowledge denseness. The KM of Translation Office is in leading strings. The difficult of KM implement attribute to the short of KM. If X-Translation Office wants to keep its advantageous position of competition, and to achieve its strategic objectives, an organizational culture should be established to promote and stimulate staffs'potential abilities as soon as possible. It will help the staffs become more creative and have a better knowledge-sharing platform. KM in X-Translation Office can be identified as a less effective working structure built up for advance the efficiency of knowledge transferring and sharing, which include organizational culture, organizational structure, regulation established, etc, to secure the KM running successfully. This report depends on both the KM theory and the instance of Translation Office, aspect to research on the KM problems of office, to discuss how to promote the staffs with a positive attitude. The knowledge and information sharing, as the core principle of KM, is elaborated.
