Along with the development of knowledge economy, traditional management made encountered new challenge. The management theory is experiencing the reform of knowledge management which is known as the fifth generation of management. The organization form, development strategy, competition strategy, market environment and social thoughts are all changing or will change soon.As a kind of advanced management theory, knowledge management developed from enterprise organization in the very beginning, but its theory is applied more and more to each field. The paper discussed mainly the sharing mechanism of knowledge management and innovation mechanism. At first, this paper expounded impact of the rise of knowledge economy upon society. Knowledge management was already spread widely in our country, but people who really understand that are very limited. And then, paper discussed the management theory of knowledge. During the process of qualitative analysis of knowledge, the article emphasized particularly the classification of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, which has essential function on the choice of knowledge management strategy and so on. Because of the choice of knowledge, we also analyzed the carrier of knowledge, namely, people, and raised the hypothesis of knowledge man. In the third part, the article talked about the basic conception of the knowledge type organization, namely, the new type organization structure under knowledge management, and character of organization structure as well as the application of learning organization. And then, the paper analyzed the organization foundation of knowledge management, and put forward a kind of networked, flat and flexible plane organization structure. In the fourth part, paper talked about the knowledge innovation of knowledge type organization, which is the foundation of improving the key competitiveness of organization. In this part, the paper put forward a model of knowledge innovation and the encouragement problem, and solved the motive mechanism of knowledge innovation. In the fifth part, the paper studied the sharing mechanism of knowledge. In this part, the author analyzed the obstacle of knowledge sharing one by one and designed a king of new channel of sharing for knowledge sharing, namely, set up knowledge community. At last, this article gave some views about how three kinds of knowledge type organization implement knowledge management strategy.The innovation point of this paper lies in : analyzing the hypothesis of knowledge man and its management method, doing overall analysis to the organization foundation of knowledge management, putting forward a kind of networked- flat flexible plane organization structure, raising the model of knowledge innovation and designing a kind of new channel of sharing for knowledge sharing.
