Ruling Under The Conditions Of Ties Between The Party Research

For the party in power, the greatest danger is divorced from the masses. The aim we study the relationship between our party and the masses is to consolidate ruling status of the party and meet the objective request of leader of the party, it is the important content of discipline construction of the Party building. The Communist Party of China is based on the working class and the broad masses of the people, it's a Marxism party working for the interests of the people wholeheartedly. Being in ruling status, it require the party to enhance the Party's art of leadership and governance and raise the Party's capacity to resist corruption, prevent degeneration and withstand risks, meanwhile represent the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people. If the party can not solve the above problems ,it may make it divorced from the masses , thus will lose the regime. As far as the study of Party-masses relationship is concerned, now the attention of scholars concentrate on fine tradition , work method , cadre style ,etc. only focus on the own organizational building of party, have not still gone deeply to the aspect of essence of ruling and the law of ruling, and it also has not hang up the hook between the Party-masses relationship and the realization ,maintenance and development of fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people directly, the condition of Party-masses relationship have not been regarded as the result of political operation , lacking of consciousness of ruling . So, insist on regarding important thought of 'Three Represents' as guidance and realize the overwhelming majority of the people's fundamental interests, it is a basic clue of running through a thesis. This thesis include the preface , the concluding and the subject body, subject body is divided into four parts altogether, main content as follows:Chapter one: Expound the significance of the relationship between the party in power and the masses . The lesson of experience of the Communist Party of China in power and Russian Communist Party's collapse have all proved that the biggest political advantage of Marxism Party lies in its close ties with the masses while the biggest potential danger for it as a ruling party comes from its divorce from them. Keep the flesh-and-blood connection between the party and the people , is determined by the people's historical position and nature , aim and objective of the struggle of the party. The party obtains the ruling statue and support ; In order to maintain and consolidate the ruling status the party also need the people's support genuinely and support further. The party in power must build the party for the interests of the people , assume power for the people, otherwise will be divorced from the masses, will be abandoned by the people.Chapter two: analyze three major factors influencing Party-masses relationship under the ruling condition according to the experience and lessons since our party in power. Party-masses relationship under the ruling condition is interests relation after all, lies in whether party could represent the basic benefit of the people . This decided by essential characteristic and function of the political party and decided by nature, aim and practice of our party, decided by the people's choice.How to represent fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people is differ widely between the party not in power and the party in power, mainly three factors that influencing Party-masses relationship: (1)If the party could fast development is the first important task of closing Party-masses relationship under the ruling condition; (2) If the party could coordinate all kinds of interests relation is the key link of closing Party- masses relationship under the ruling terms; (3) If the party could withstand test of power is the basic assurance of closing Party-masses relationship under the ruling terms.
