As s result, under experiences of the metropolitan circle governance of developed countries, it is very important for theory and practice to study the forming mechanism and conformity strategies of administrative division economy of trans-province metropolitan circle for China.The thesis chose a single trans-province metropolitan circle as research subject, from the newest development trend of administrative division economy, to study the relationship between administrativedivision economy and metropolitan circle economy under principles of combining with individual and integration, of theory and practice.
