Since the opening and reform policy was carried out in China, the study of the entrepreneurship has been made by the scholars in our country mainly from the angles of property rights, circumstances, system, incentive and restriction. The property right theory believes that clear property rights are the crux of enterprise reform; the circumstances theory argues that consummating the marketing environment and creating adequate information are the crux of the matter; the system theory holds that establishing the modern enterprise system is the crux of the matter, which is a characteristic of company institution; the incentive theory maintains that effective incentive system will help improve the EB (entrepreneurial behavior); the restriction theory emphasizes that EB calls for restriction and supervision as well as incentive. Ever since late 20th century, whether in theory study or in management practice, more attention has been paid to nurturing the ranks of entrepreneurs, and no deep study has been made of the incentive-and-restriction mechanism of EB through proper system arrangement. This dissertation mainly deals with the analysis of EB from the angle of system, exploring how to standardize EB from the angle of system arrangement, which covers four aspects of the problem: (a) exploring the features and nature of EB, on the basis of the relations between the needs, motivation and behavior of the entrepreneur; (b) analyzing the system structure of EB; (c) finding out the crucial institution affecting the EB by analyzing the institutional environment of EB based on the theory of modern institutional economics; (d) establishing the incentive-and-restriction mechanism of EB, in order to bring the entrepreneur's initiative into play, and standardize the EB.This dissertation including eight chapters first analyzes the features and nature of EB by means of connotation of entrepreneur; then it explores the basis of the theories concerning EB, expounding the theories concerning EB; after that, it focuses on the structure and institutional environment of EB; and finally, it mainly deals with the incentive system arrangement and restriction system arrangement of EB on the basis of general study of the incentive and restriction of EB. Joint-entrepreneurs come from the classical-type entrepreneurship with the owner and the operator in one. Operators are called professional entrepreneurs, as distinct from general ones. Therefore, exactly speaking, entrepreneur means top executives or top managers, i.e. executive officers, esp. CEO ( chief executive officer).EB manifests itself in a process of how the human capital of an entrepreneur in fully utilized, coupled with the influence of factors both inside and outside an enterprise. EB is influenced by more complicated factors because of the changeable environment where entrepreneurs live and work. Therefore, EB has become a multiple nonlinear economic phenomenon with its peculiar characteristics of needs, psychology and functions. In essence, EB is both a egoistical behavior and a innovative one.At present, there are three methods to select our entrepreneurs, which are procuration, selection and engagement. Judging from their working results, there is sufficient evidence to show that procuration and selection are unsuited to market economy, what's worse, procuration has a bad influence on the sustainable development of enterprises. Engagement is the met...
