The article elaborates on the relationship among performance of M&A, acculturation and entrepreneurs' behavior with the guidance of principles of modern economics and management. To begin with it, the article qualitatively analyzes the way acculturation affects the performance of M&A, and then proves the importance of acculturation to M&A with the help of gray relation model. On the basis of this, the author introduces the contents of acculturation, the modes of it and the effects of managers to it. In the end of the article, the author contrasts the success experience of GE Capital and the lessons of Hangzhou Bearing Factory. Then the article concludes some common problems in entrepreneurs' accultural behaviors on the basis of questionnaire, explores the roots of these problems and puts forwards some relevant measures.The frame and corresponding contents are as follows:Chapter One is an introduction. In this chapter, I sum up the current researches on M&A, point out the lack of study on acculturation, entrepreneur behavior, and the originality of the article.Chapter Two aims to define the meanings of acculturation, entrepreneur, and entrepreneur behavior in the light of economics and management.Chapter Three elaborates on the relationship between acculturation and performance of M&A. At the first part of this chapter, I explain the mechanism of acculturation to performance in the qualitative way. Then, I prove my conclusions with the guides of gray relation model and data collected from practical cases.Chapter Four expounds on the relation between acculturation and entrepreneurs. This chapter shows my distinctive opinion of the process of acculturation. It sets about the role of entrepreneurs in the process of acculturation and especially their importance in the decision of accultural modes.Chapter Five is to prove the thesis of the article with contrast of two cases. At the same time, I conclude from questionnaire the common problems in entrepreneurs' behavior during the process of acculturation.Chapter Six is the end of the article. After summarization of the whole thesis, I put forward some practical measures in order to provide a theoretical guidance to patricians.
