Credit is an old but modern topic. Study on credit issue is always going on. But the scope and depth of research on credit is very limited, especially during the planned economy times. One of the great difficulties, which is hindering agriculture and rural economic development currently, is that peasant households, township enterprises, mass-run enterprises and individual enterprises have difficulties to loan from bank, while agricultural bank and credit cooper tries refuse credit to them, even if they could. There are many theoretically and practical issue. It should be approached from two aspects. On the one hand, Based on Economic Organization Involving in Agriculture (EOIA) didn't gain good credit.
