Research On Modern Industrial Organization Mode

The development of modern science and technology, especially information technology, is bringing about the change and development of production and organizing mode in the modem industry. There appear some new cooperative organization modes among modern enterprises over the past 20 years. The good examples are dynamic alliance organization, supply chain organization, industrial cluster organization, network organization, and so on. And the existing study on the new cooperative modes among enterprises mainly comes from the research field of enterprises, while the range studied about the mode is mainly confined to four kinds of typical modes above mentioned. This paper puts forward the idea that the cooperative organization among enterprises has broken through the organizational border and belongs to the category of industrial organization, so it should be a kind of modern industrial organization mode. Therefore, it is necessary to study modem cooperative organization mode among enterprises not only in terms of the initial enterprise organization it evolves from but also from the viewpoint of industrial organization category. In addition, it is essential to keep on the further exploration and research of other new cooperative organization mode among enterprises that has already existed now besides the four above mentioned.In order to achieve the research aim, this paper sums up the theoretical foundation of modem industrial organization mode - the theory of industrial organization in Chapter 2. Then it generalizes the current research situation at home and abroad, and introduces, analyzes, and explains the characteristics of these researches, and points out their limitation. It also puts forward the research direction and content.In Chapter 3, 4, 5 and 6, this paper analyzes the four typical modes from the viewpoint of industrial organization respectively. In Chapter 7, it carries on horizontal comparative analysis of these modes, in order to understand and hold their difference and association. On the basis of these analyses, it generalizes and concludes the connotation and essential characteristics of modem industrial organization modes, and shows the main factors which influence the development of these modes.In Chapter 8, this paper puts forward a kind of new industrial organization mode, namely industrial platform organization, after analyzing and refining theoretically a new organization mode phenomenon in a case. It carries on construction and analysis of the basic system of this mode In Chapter 9.
