| This paper uses demonstration analysis, observation and reasoning to analyze the structure of road transportation market under the frame of market structure-market behavior-market performance( SCP )from the aspects of market concentration, product differentiation and entry into bulwark. After the analysis on road transportation market from the aspects of the function of price, product behavior and saleroom this paper further analyzes the market production of road transportation so as to bring forward a more standard and general description of Chinese road-transportation industrial organization structure. This paper also points out the defects and problems in Chinese road transportation industrial organization structure. Based on the results above, we analyze the systematic drawback in the evolution of road transportation industrial organization structure from the aspects of government behavior and administration and put forward the reasonable goal, moderate scale and symbiosis, for the road transportation industrial organization structure with reference to the reform of road transportation industrial organization structure in developed countries. Finally, according to the specific development stage of market economy in our country some suggestions are put forward for reaching the goal mentioned above.
