Research On Enterprise Innovation System

Since John.Peter found that the innovation was the key for the enterprises to obtain excess profit and was the fundamental impetus to economy development, while he was investigating the circulation flow of the economy life, numerous scholars have begun to research for the issue of innovation in different side and dissimilar aspect. Actually, enterprise innovation has reacted significantly on the acceleration of our country's economy development. Therefore, in order to illustrate theoretically that, at the background of the globalization of economy , new technique revolution , construction of Chinese market economy, and as the principal part of innovation—enterprise, throuthout harmonizing the inner-organization with outer- organization, how to decrease the trade expenditure of innovation , disperse and separate innovation risk availably, converge sufficient impetus to proceed innovation, cultivate exterior environment which is in favor of enterprise innovation, and so on. Besides, on the basis of this theory, it discusses the problem that it has significant realistic meaning to construct harmonious and efficient stratagem of enterprise innovation system, which can drive the economy of our country ahead harmonious and stable development.The article was guided by Marx historical materialism and dialectic materialism, applying certain subjects such as economics , behaviors , sociology , law, system theoretics and so on, to seeing about the issue of enterprise innovation and enterprise innovation system .On the means of investigation, it pay attention to the theory connected with practice, not only to emphasize greatly on rigorous theoretical logical reasoning, but also to make a point of practical investigation as well as obtaining the first-hand data. On the basis of it, this research has made the mostlyconclusion as following:(1) The enterprise innovation system includes manifold factors with different status and functions. Among them, every kind of concrete organization and institution (mainly include enterprises, institute for scientific research, college)are the most intuitionistic, most directly component factor of enterprise innovation system while mostly being emphasized by the researchers in recent years.The performance of an enterprise innovation system lies, to a large extent, on both the efficiency of every concrete organization and institution, and the learning or interactive condition between them.(2) The efficiency , learning and interactive condition of every organization and institution are also decided by all kinds of system arrangement lying in the inner organization, as well as outer system environment. Thereby, enterprise innovation rule and innovation system are also a deeper determinant and inscape for the performance of an enterprise innovation.(3) EIS is a summation of a whole business campaign accessory qualification , regulation, structure, structure, process, measure and so forth, which makes transform achievement obtaining a series of success in commerce by innovator of enterprise, by means of the techinique invention,the discovery of administration, the variance of system, the opportunity in the market and otherwise, throughout the new transformation on manufacture elements, production conditon and something related to the resource collocation measure.(4) Nevertheless, it is the problem of system invalidation that still exists in the EIS. We admit the significant meaning of enterprise innovation, as a matter of fact, that is to admit different EIS all contain its history rationality , however, it doesn't mean that all of EIS are apple-pie.
