Research On Industrial Value Chain Based On Value Creation And Distribution

The conception and structure of induastrial value chain are defined and clarified from various angles of view, such as industry, value chain, and industry chain. Through thorough study of value chain, we grasp the theoric context of industrial economy of industrial value chain, and the definition reveals profound value structure implication of industrial value chain. Two fundamental processes of industrial value chain, value creation and value distribution, are highlighted by paying more attention to the core of industrial value chain-value, which make it possible to study how to discover, create and reasonably distribute value in the perspective of industrial value chain. Exploring the relationships of these two processes, which have inherent cause and effect interaction, provides thoughtways and references for more deep research and practical application of industrial value chain.The formation of industrial value chain effectively realizes values of the whole chain, reflecting the processes of the value migrating, creation, and distribution, then gains amalgamation of resources and value activities at the macro-level.
