Among the refinery' s production activities, the blending and scheduling of product oi] is one of its important contents. Aiming at some problems of the blending and scheduling work of product oil in most refinery at present, surrounding how to scientifically and conveniently assist the persons being engaged in the blending and scheduling work of product oil, to help them efficiently and unfailingly complete their tasks, the dissertation researches the models and solving algorithms of product oil blending and scheduling optimization problems, and develop the product oil blending and scheduling system software. These researching result is of great theoretic significance and application value to refinery' s scientifically blending and scheduling. The dissertation' main researching works are as follows. First, applying the method of system engineering, it analyses and presents the function demand, architecture and running mode of the product oil blending and scheduling system. Second , it presents and builds the non-linear planning models of three kinds of product oil blending optimizing problem, and designs the algorithms based on the simulated annealing method to solve above models. It researches and gives the blending relation model of gasoline' s main quality indexes, and put forward three kinds of method to solve the problem of building the blending relation model of some quality indexes of complex non-linear relation. Third, It researches and gives the discrete optimizing model and some related concepts of product oil scheduling problem, and designs the solving algorithm basing on schedule path and collective path. Next , based on above researching results, it develops the product oil blending and scheduling system software utilizing the real time expert system tool G2. At last, it introduces the product oil blending and scheduling system ' s application in the Chang-Ling Branch Company of China Petroleum and Chemical Stock Limited Corporation, and analyzes its running result.The main innovative points of the dissertation are as follows.1. It analyses and presents the whole frame of the product oil blending and scheduling system.2. It presents and builds the non-linear planning models of three kinds of product oil blending optimizing problem, and designs the solving algorithm based on the simulated annealing method.3. It researches and builds the blending relation models of some main quality indexes of gasoline.4. It researches and gives the discrete optimizing model of product oil scheduling problem, and designs the solving algorithm basing on schedule path and collective path.5. It applies the product oil blending and scheduling system to solve successfully the gasoline blending and scheduling optimization problem of some refinery.
