On The Relationship Between Farmers And The Farmland And The Resolution Of Landless-farmers Problems

Farmland is always the lifeblood and life insurance of farmers in this large agricultural country of China. During the process of industrialization, urbanization and modernization, some of the farmland will have to be transferred to construction purpose, which will eventually cause the losing of farmland of some of the farmers and bring on landless-farmers. Hence, to study the relationship between farmers and the farmland, especially the resolution of landless-farmers problems is of significant importance to deepening the study into the theory and practice of socialist agriculture, countryside and farmers problems, to ensuring the food safety of the nation and to planning overall urban and rural development, as well as to implementing the ambitious objection of an all-round well-off society .This article is composed under the guidance of Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of Three Represents.
