With the strategic geopolitical status and abundant oil reserve, the Middle East's unique culture and history make the region take a extraordinary position in the international system. In the Post-Cold War era, the international relations take on a "regionalization" trend. Barry Buzan' s Security Complexes Theory divert our attention about the "state security" from "global security" to "regional security" , focusing its perspective on the regional level. Thus, region becomes a focus for "state security" analysis. Buzan claims that region is the best cut-in point for security analysis. He also put emphasis on the domestic level, regional level, trans-regional level and global level, which are interactive accordingly. This kind of method definitely provides a new innovative framework for the Middle East region security study. Barry Buzan' s "Regional Security Complexes Theory" (RSCT)is a new emerging security study theory and is gaining more and more approvals. In fact, RSCT is a compound of Neo-realism and Constructism. On the one hand, RSCT develops Neo-realism;on the other, it absorbs social theory form Constructism. A changing world demands a new perspective to perceive it, while Buzan' s Theory can serve as a framework for our research. Due to the practical circumstances of Middle East region, we try to use RSCT to analyze the security structure both theoretically and realistically.
