With the vigorous rise of human rights, as subjects of criminal procedure, the accused', position and rights began to attract scholars' attention. Dissertations on subjects appeared at home and abroad. Unlike others' approach to analyze subject and subjectivity from single subject, this dissertation takes a fresh angle-multi-subjects, because procedural subjects are subjects in procedural relationship in which subjects coexist and interact with each other. This dissertation reveals the character of the accused' subjectivity, and presents the values and protection of the accused' subjective rights. Under the guidance of subjectivity, analyzing the structure and actual variables of the accused' subjective rights are both the starting point and standpoint of this dissertation.This dissertation consists of three parts: the foreword, the main body and the conclusion.The foreword introduces the values, achievement of the proposition and fresh angles and approaches taken in the dissertation.The main body consists of 8 chapters.With clarifying the difference among subject, subjectivity and intersubjectivity, chapter 1 discusses the values of subjective rights.
