| With the judicial reform in China being deepened, the system of expertise gradually falls behind, in which many things are inconsistent with the reform of litigation value, trial mode, and the development of evidence system. The drawbacks in question have seriously impaired the solemnity and justice with respect to expertise, and been contrary to the aim of litigation value such as justice and efficiency that China has being pursuing. At the same time, with the progress of science and technology, that the status and function of experts' conclusion are more and more important in actions, and the legal awareness of citizens is further enhanced calls for the necessity of establishing a scientific, normative, independent, fair and highly efficient system. The author of the dissertation put forward the solution of reform for all stages of the judicial expertise system in China to provide a support for constructing an efficient, fair and legal judicial expertise system in China with special characteristics, by analyzing the existing judicial expertise system and taking the advantages of foreign judicial expertise system as reference.Part One: Introduction. The part is composed of four aspects introducing the subjects of the dissertation. First, the argument is presented, which provides the motif of the dissertation, i.e. China's judicial expertise system needs to be constructed in two aspects: the importance and necessity of constructing the judicial expertise system. Second, the sources are pointed out, in which the historical evolution of the judicial expertise system both at home and abroad is reviewed, and the judicial expertise system at all times and in all over the world and the main fruits and legal norms concerning the systems thereof are introduced.
