Chinese Social Security System Changes In Interest Structure And Policy Orientation

The Social Security System (SSS) of our country was born out of the traditional system of planned economy and has become over time increasingly incompatible with the socialist market economy that has gradually come into being . so to expedite the reform of the SSS and socialized social security system has become an urgent task dictated by the needs of the establishment and perfection of the socialist marked economy system.Before analyzing the traditional SSS this paper introduces kinds of SSS which is existing now and appeared in the history. So we can study china SSS which is reforming now overall.The reform of economy system breaks the old interest structures. Because of each fresh interest group's different negotiating ability, the forming path of the new SSS isn't most effective. The sluggish reform of the SSS obstructs the reform of the state-owned enterprise. Now, the target of each interest group have changed, the reform of SSS is being adjusted and improved.Confining to the materials to attain and the length of the paper, this paper only probes into old-age and health services and unemployment and countryside-old-age securities and put forward the way to protect and add the value of the old-age security fund; the way to construct the low-cost and high-efficiency health services system; the idea of three-dimensional countryside old-age security and so on .Finally, this paper clarifies the basis to construct the SSS and the aim to develop the SSS and the structure of the SSS.
