The Issue Of Social Security For Unemployment In Urban China

This thesis introduces the social security practice in the Western world,and then describes the present unemployment situation in China. Through learning experience and lessons from western countries we can rich our knowledge to improve Chinese social security system.By our efforts to make our economic situation better and safer may be the best way to solve unemployment problem, because making economic boost can create more employment for the people. Preventing social turbulence from unemployment is our final goal.Meantime,I obtain the conclusion about how to improve social security system in China.In the first chaptrr of this article,I review the history of social security and all kinds of social relief policy in different countries.The author do not think the social security today is only the copy of social relief pattern in the past.In the second chaptrr of this article,I point out the important significance to our socialist economic system in present. Then the third chapter, pointing out our unemployment situation is very serious in present and our central government should do more work for the lay-off and unemployment. Especially, the auther think our government should devote great effort to develop our tertiary industry. In the fourth chaptrr of this article,in the view of the lay-off and unemployment is shorting of social security measurement.Meantimethe we are short of enough fund to support them in food,clothing,shelter,transportation and others.The last chapter of this article: I point out that the shorting of social security measurement of unemployment people should hinder the economics advance.We suggest that the government should play more important role in social security,especially for unemployment people in urban area.During the transition period of economic system,our government must make efforts to create more employment chances for the unemployed people,so we can make a change of the danger situation in economics.Our economic will get great step safe and stability in future.
