Study On The Copyright Protection In China From The Perspective Of Politics

In the 21st century, Intellectual Property Rights(IPR) are playing a more and more important role in the international competition society. The integration and internationliztion of different IPRsystems in a clear trend has become increasingly evident. China has amplified modern copyright protection legal systems and established rules consistent with the international rules. However, copyright has not been ingrained in the public people'awareness. The majority of Chinese know little about copyright , take piracy as usual, and get used to the infringing copies. This is not only in connection with that the state and civil peope can not fully realize the importance of copyright protection and afford the cost of copyright protection in the primary stage of socialism, but also in connection with China's legal culture background. Now, China is in the Post WTO Transition Period. With the in-depth opening-up, more and more industries and entities have been or will be confronted with the problem and obstacle caused by IPR.The predicament and burden is troubling the government, industries and entities.Even more than ten millions of internet users and uncountable"piracy"end users are facing the risk of moral condemnation and potential litigation.There are many subjects in the scope of copyright protection which need further research and delvation.In this article, the writer chooses china's copyright protection as the main subject. She seeks to use the government administation theories to make some pragmatic research from the perspective of politics.
