On A Property Right As Human Right

The idea that property right is a basic right of people had been set down in West society. But in China, the position of property right in the law system is always unclear. No matter what the old idea that"All the place is belong to empire, and all the persons who govern the place are the empire's official"or the ignorance of property, all these made property right got little attention. In 2004, we had made the constitution that recognize the protection of property and human rights. Everyone was exciting for this. But the property right system made now is only a beginning, it is more symbolic than others. The foundation hasn't established fastened.The main idea of this article is that the relation of"the property right of people couldn't be infringed, the country protect the people's property right as the regulation of law"and"the country respect and protect the human right of people"is more close than them looked . Their contract is very strong. Property right should be respected by the government and its officials. More ever, in the now society of China, the government should act actively to made everyone could have the equal opportunity to get property.This article makes the beginning by differentiating and analyses of property right. In the article, it dissertated the foundations of the property right as human right and the core value of it. The main purpose here is to defecate the active obligation of government.
