A Study On Basic Theory Of Governing The PLA By Law

Taking the scientific values and methodology of Marxism as his guide and using historical an logical, analytical and comprehensive method, the writer places the PLA'construction and development into the historical background and the theoretical structure of governing the country by law and makes a deep study on governing the PLA by law. The writer focuses on the some important basic theoretical problems of governing the PLA by law: scientific values, values morphology, basic principles, legislative construction and democratic construction etc. The writer elaborates the basic theories, applicable principles and logical threads and demonstrates that legislative construction and democratic construction are the systematic basis and concrete practicable project of governing the PLA by law.The thesis is composed of six sections. In the introduction, the writer demonstrates the historical stages and great significance of theoretical development of governing the PLA by law and elaborates the academic value, basic method and structure of the subject.In chapter one, the writer elaborates the essential connotation of governing the PLA by law and analyses essential factors of governing the PLA by law, for example, the subject, the object, foundation, standards and so on, and defines obligation in nature of governing the PLA by law.
