On The Value Dimension Of Marx's Modern Social Development Theory

The fact that human development can not keep pace with fortune increasement, shows it is important to do research for a modern social development theory. The Western new theory of development conducted a comprehensive criticism of the traditional conception of development, which mainly highlighted this economic increase. Meanwhile, this new conception of development, which has already received attention, has been trying to make a great contribution to the construction of a new social development paradigm from a human-culture-value perspective. However, after further study, we realize that the new development theory advanced by the Western scholars still can not get rid of development difficulties in modern society, which were the isolation between rational dimension and value dimension of development, and were caused by the inherent logic of capital. It was just a utopian dream of the value dimension transition of developmental study. There are limitations of the Western new theory of development in the areas of"human nature","social nature","the method solving the problem of human and society", and"the value appeal of the development".In this context, it is an important question to find solutions for the difficulties of modern social development, and start a dialogue with the value dimension research of the modern western social development theory. This dissertation carries out an in-depth study on Marx's text, and constructs a new value dimension of social development theory. Its research clue is this important question, and its research method is the dialectical relationship between the study of rational dimension and value dimension.After making an in-depth analysis, we can arrive at such a conclusion that Marx had accomplished the turning of Practice Theory in his works the Syllabus of Feuerbach and Germany ideological form and opened up a new paradigm of development philosophy. Following this new paradigm, Marx spent most of his life in doing research on the modern social development. Using the inhuman appealing of the logic of capital as his academic tool, made a value dimension inspection of modern social development, which included science-technology, division, and industry. Marx revealed the secret of modern social development that the modern social development problem was not made by the conflict of human and material, but by that of person and person. In the end, Marx found a realistic way for man to transcend modern social development confusion: in order to"shorten and reduce the pain of childbirth", we should maintain a necessary tension between the rational dimension and value dimension of modern social development, and achieve dialectical unity between fortune increasing and human development. This study is of great theoretical and practical significance for understanding the paradigm conversion of chinese social development and constructing the"people-oriented"society.
