A Study On Governmental Process Of Chinese Contemporary Judicial Reform

There has been a lot of researches in Chinese judicial reform.Most scholars have been spending much energy on judicial system and judicial ideas,but few people studied it from politics,still less from the view of governmental process.This article studies from this special view of governmental process,not from the ideal of judicial institution.As a special branch of governmental process,judicial reform is the object of this paper.The main idea of this research is that judicial reform is a part of dymantic policy dicisions,not as a static idea or institution.In a word,judicial reform inginates from the urgent demands of good method of resolving disputes,and comes into being through gathering informantions, discussing,and implementing.Taking judicial reform as a part of policy dicisions can be an alternative approach to other studies in this domain.Through this approach,the article can reveal an important conclusion that judicial reform is not a interdependent section of all over the political system of China,so reforming judicial institution must take other political institutional reforms into consideration.
