vigorous because it takes the mission of government administration,at the other side,the practice of government administration will become more effect because the supporting from the structure of social capital and culture.Based on the above recognizing,this article decides to analyze the government administration problem from the aspect of social capital,and take this as the studying direction,and try hard to ponder the inside relationship between government administration and the realizing ways of credit,mutual-benefit criterion, citizen participating network,in order to introduce the studying of government administration of china to a more expansive space,and then improving Chinese government administration into good governance more effective and positive.What this studying discusses is the relationship of government administration and social capital.On one side,the arising of administration theory and social capital theory is very short,and discussing the problem of Chinese government administration from the aspect of social capital is a very novel trying,therefore,the explanation to administration and social capital turn out to be an important part of
