| As the foundation of social governance,community governance has attracted more and more attention from the society.Many innovative explorations have been carried out across the country,and my country’s community governance has achieved certain results.However,in this process,there are still some common problems such as low community cohesion,lack of sense of belonging and identity,and insufficient participation of residents,which restrict the development of communities in our country.As a hidden resource,community social capital plays an important role in enhancing the interaction and cooperation capabilities of different community governance entities,cultivating residents’public awareness,and improving community governance performance.In the process of community governance,how can we increase the stock of social capital in the community so as to improve the governance level and capacity of the entire community?This article explores the practice of the K community and finds that rich community voluntary service organizations,that is,public benefit community social organizations,are an important generation mechanism for the social capital of the community.Therefore,this article will develop public benefit social organizations and organizations in the K community.The case of organizing participation in community governance is investigated,and the specific logic of public benefit community social organizations promoting the generation of community social capital is analyzed.Exploring from the perspective of community social organization,the essence of community social capital cultivation is the process of constructing the three core elements of community trust,community norms and community network in the process of community governance by public benefit community social organizations.The three elements influence each other and jointly promote the generation of community social capital.Its generation process is affected by factors such as the degree of satisfaction of residents’ needs,the frequency of interaction,the construction of related systems,the development of public benefit community social organizations,and the cooperation with other governance entities.In the process of community governance,public benefit community social organizations can provide effective carriers for residents to carry out frequent interactions,guide residents to carry out mutually beneficial cooperation,and promote the establishment of mutual trust,behavioral norms and relationship networks among residents.In the process of development and growth and participation in community governance,public benefit social organization in K community have formed their own unique logic of community social capital cultivation based on the reality of the community.The specific approach is:to meet the reasonable needs of residents,attract and mobilize residents to participate in organizing activities,promote mutual communication and exchanges between residents,and realize the interaction and cooperation between residents and public benefit community social organizations,and cultivate trust between the two parties;The government improves the formal system to promote the development of public benefit community social organization,and creates a good institutional environment for the organization,the organization establishes community reciprocity and ethics through mutual assistance,cooperation and cultural construction;Under the guidance of the K community neighborhood committee,by improving the professionalism of public benefit community social organizations and establishing incentive mechanisms,optimizing the organizational structure,promoting cooperation with the government,enterprises and institutions,and using information platforms to establish stable cooperative relations,and build peace Expand community network.Public benefit community social organizations have realized the generation and accumulation of community social capital through the cultivation and deepening of community trust,norms and networks.Community trust,community norms,and community networks are the key components of community social capital.Therefore,the path for public benefit community social organizations to generate community social capital is actually the process of cultivating the three elements,which is also an effective way for the community to improve the overall performance of community governance. |
