Integrity education is an important approach to the construction of integrity society. However, there is no clear cognition and valuable research about how to effectively put it into practice. This dissertation, whose thesis is the cultivation of integrity view, through the effort of theoretical demonstration and practical analysis, tries to solve the basic problems of the cultivation of integrity view, explores a stable but effective practical paradigm of the cultivation of integrity view, and expects to sort out an explicit train of thought for our schools to effectively put integrity education into practice.Integrity view is people's systematic knowledge about the meaning, value and standards of integrity. The structure of integrity view is composed of two dimensions, knowledge and value. The dimension of knowledge, which is the grasp and comprehension of integrity knowledge, is about what integrity is and how an integrity problem can be. The dimension of value, which solves the problem of"ought to", is about the"significance"of integrity. The cultivation of integrity view can not only effectively develop children and adolescent's integrity, but also it can promote the construction of integrity culture. The aim of cultivation of integrity is to help students develop their integrity knowledge system and integrity value system suitable to their ages'moral thinking.The cultivation of integrity view must first explain what kinds of integrity views people are going to develop, which can ensure the internal profundity of the cultivation of integrity and its consistency with the mainstream value. With regard to Zeitgeist of our country's integrity construction, rule ethic integrity view is a proper choice of our schools'cultivation of integrity view. Rule ethic integrity view, whose basic meaning emphasizes the stipulating function and indispensably important value to public life, promoting that the value essence of integrity is the rationality of right and obligation, is the comprehension of integrity based on rule ethic. The reason of choosing rule ethic as the content of the cultivation of integrity view is that its ethical spirit and value principle can meet the needs of our age's development and our country's integrity society construction in the background of modernity. In the practice of the cultivation of integrity view, the transform of the meaning of rule ethic integrity view, from ethical knowledge to educational knowledge, must be done with the aim of the use in educational practice. The key of this dissertation is how to cultivate students'integrity view. On the base of education practice, children and adolescent's integrity development and the peculiarity of the cultivation of integrity view, the dissertation promotes the compounding methodology route and then constructs the practice configuration of the cultivation of integrity view. The compounding methodology route of the cultivation of integrity view means to use synthesizing methods, fully assimilate the merits of variable moral education theory and moral education mode, and serve the core aim of the cultivation of integrity view cooperating with kinds of ways in the process of it. The route has three meanings: the integrating of educational aims, the synthesizing of variable methods, and the completing of educational life in process. The practice configuration of the cultivation of integrity view is the concretion of the theory and methods of the cultivation of integrity view. According to the characteristics of the practice of school education, the dissertation classifies practice configuration of the cultivation of integrity view into three kinds: teaching, educational activity, and school administration.In the dissertation, the writer thinks that constructing the educational life of integrity is the"ought to"direction of the practice configuration of the cultivation of integrity view. The educational life of integrity means that the educational life of school can embody"integrity"and school members delightedly share, hold and actively practise integrity as the core value. The educational life of integrity roots in school administration, moral models of president and teachers, and supports of working ethic, which can be accumulated and evolve in school life, and which can become a complete and active life configuration through students'moral learning and moral development. The educational life of integrity emphasizes that the consistency of value view of teaching, educational activity and practical life, the cooperation of aims of the cultivation of integrity view, and the integrality of educational life organically actualize the compounding route of the cultivation of integrity view. Constructing the educational life of integrity is the fundamental way for our schools to carry out the cultivation of integrity view.
