Since the mid-1980s, all the country began to fight against the economic of criminal activities and the new laws and policies have been introduced, especially in relation to the legal issues of job-related crimes more and more prominent. In-depth development of economic reform and the distribution of benefits of diversification of complex situations lead to a number of ideas and concepts and legal conflicts. Not only among countries, but also in the scope of one country, the conflict on the idea of theory and practice exists. This article is aimed to compare the job-related crimes, especially analyzing some countries whose criminal law is seminar to China, and then put forward suggestions. This not only conducive to China's legal system in particular criminal law system of comprehensive, but also conducive to preventing corruption in line with the national conditions of China's fight against corruption and building a harmonious society of social background.This article is divided into six parts. The fist part introduces basic theories about the job-related crimes. And this part includes four parts. At first, it introduces the concept and characters of the job-related crimes. Then, it talks about the class and development of the job-related crimes.The second part describes the current state of the world's major job-related crimes on the legal provisions and a brief comparison. This chapter mainly talks about regulations in Germany, France, Switzerland, Finland, and Italy.The third part compares the jurisdiction of the job-related crimes in different countries, enumerating regulations in Germany, France, Switzerland, Finland, Italy and soon.Chapter four is the most important chapter in the paper, in which the paper introduces the measures and efforts had been adopted to prevent in every area from common law, continent law, and international organizations. Besides that, it still compare several counties which had some references, such as German, Italian, Japan, Korean in continent law, and England, USA, Singapore in common law. Chapter five has introduced international convention on anti-corruption, for our country had adopt this convention, it will ask our country must abide by the provisions and give hands to each other in order to perform its own obligations. The paper will divide into four sections, in every part it will introduce the background, the aim, the provisions, and performances in the convention. Chapter six is the main one in the paper, also is the aim of this paper. It bases on the analysis aforesaid and then gives the suggestions for our country to prevent.
