| The duty crime of Chinese and foreign countries in the world pay much attention to as akind of crime, in the socialist market economy while high speed develops, the duty crime hasentered the period of multiple. It has not only affected the party and government ’s imageamong the masses, caused a great economic loss, but also destroys the harmonious socialdevelopment, even has the potential to threaten the stability of state power. Therefore, underthis kind of situation of crime is very necessary.In this paper, based on the Z area from the aspects of the duty crime is discussed. Thefull text is divided into four parts, as follows:The first part from set out actually, introduced Guizhou province Z District Procuratoratein recent years investigating the crimes of the basic situation, and the area of duty crimesituation, modus operandi and crime characteristics were analyzed.The second part emphatically from the area of the duty crime subjective two aspects ofthe causes of occupational crimes were discussed.The third part of the duty crime social harm undertook an analysis, pointed out that thecredibility of the government functionary crime decreased, hinder economic development, thesocial environment and the atmosphere’s influence is very abominable, cause corruption in thevicious spiral, endanger social stability.The fourth part is about the punishment of crime prevention suggestions andcountermeasures. Based on the punishment and prevention of duty crime and the general rules of Z crime situation and characteristic, put forward the corresponding countermeasures: toestablish a high salary, industry, risk prevention reminder system; ideological construction,had done " internal warning", prevent influence dissimilation; perfect supervision, by"holes"," top leaders" and prevent key staff positions corruption; judicial measuresimprovement; deepen reform of the cadre and personnel system; focus on prevention andcontrol of coal industry the duty crime. |
