Since The Reform And Opening Up The Chinese Communist Party Social Construction Thought

During over 30 years of Reform and Opening up, social construction leading by the Communist Party of China has gained a great achievement. Social Construction Theory of the Communist Party of China (SCTCPC) formed in this peorid provided a scientific guiding theory to the practice of social construction. It also laid a firm foundation for social construction in the future. To study this problem can theoretically make up the shortage of the study on it. It can also help people grasp the laws concerning the Party's governance better, the laws of socialist construction and the laws of the development of human society. To study this problem can also provide some valuable idea and advice on carrying forward Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the future.This article takes the method of historical materialism of Marxism demotics and Marxism sociological. On the basis of digging out the theoretical origin and mechanism of SCTCPC by closely relating to the practice of social construction, this article shows the development course of SCTCPC during over 30 years of Reform and Opening up. By overall grasping the development course, this article summarizes the main frame of SCTCPC and clearly shows the logic and the main content of SCTCPC. It elucidates the value in theory and practice of SCTCPC. This article proposes some advices on understanding SCTCPC during Reform and Opening up and promots the study of social construction in the future.The innovation of this article is as follows. Firstly, it advances the concept of social construction. Secondly, it can make people grasp the course of SCTCPC during Reform and Opening up on the basis of a systematic and theoretical summary of the course. It also summarizes the character of the course. Thirdly, it summarizes the main frame and the logic of SCTCPC by digging out its main thought. Fourthly, it provides some advice on carrying forward the study of social construction in the future.This article consists of three parts which are the Introduction, the body with six chapters and the Summing‐up. Logical structure and basic contents are as follows.Introduction introduces the basic overview of social construction theory and analyses the basis elements of social construction, the intention of SCTCPC, the principal of social construction and the position of social construction in the course of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This part shows the differ and the same about social construction and build a harmonious society.Chapter I is about the theoretical origin of SCTCPC. SCTCPC during Reform and Opening up is based on the social construction theory of Marxism and MaoZedong. Chinese traditional culture provides some valuable elements to SCTCPC.Chapter II is about the development course of SCTCPC. The formation and development of SCTCPC during Reform and Opening up shows the course from unconsciousness and part to consciousness and whole. This chapter anylases the formation and development of SCTCPC in the setting of three stages which are the starting of Reform and Opening up, the establishment of socialistic market economy and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. This chapter summarizes the character of the three stages.Chapter III is about that equity and justice is the value principle of SCTCPC. To attain equity and justice is the need of the fundamental purpose of the Party. The Party carrys out this idea during the revolution, innovation and construction. Social construction is the important means to attain equity and justice. Equity and justice is the principle of evaluating the effect of social construction.Chapter IV is about that to achieve social harmony is the aim of SCTCPC. To achieve social harmony is the social ideal of the Party. It also the need of social development in our country. Social construction may regulate the benefits between different people according to the principle of equity and justice. It also can strive to create a situation in which all people do their best, find their proper places in society and live together in harmony.Chapter V is about that coordination of interests is the key thoughtway of SCTCPC. There is an important clue in SCTCPC during Reform and Opening up. It is coordination interests. The thoughts of equity and justice, social harmony, people's livelihood are all focus on realizing, safeguarding and expanding the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people.Chapter VI is that to improve people's livelihood is the importance of SCTCPC. To improve people's livelihood is the aim of the Party. It shows the thought of putting people first of our Party. The Party maintained this importance in the social construction during over 30 years of Reform and Opening up and put forward the development of Chinese society.Summing‐up is about the value on theory and practice of SCTCPC. The formtion and development of SCTCPC during Reform and Opening up enriches theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It strengthens the Party's governance capability and provides scientific theory guide to social construction in the future.
