The Research On The Issue Of People's Livelihood From The Perspective Of Social Construction

People are core concept in Philosophy of Marxism. Marx concerned about reality life, people and people's development, put his whole life in working for achieving people's all-round development. The issue of people's livelihood exists in the process of people's life and development, the problem become the most concerned, most direct and most real and along with the whole process of human society. Of course, researching the issue of people's livelihood can not leave the theory of Marxism. The theory of Marxism is both theoretical foundation and practical foundation.People's livelihood along with the whole process of human history, it is the theme on human history from cover to cover. Under the new situation, development of economy have got great success in our country, but some issue of people's livelihood has appeared, such as education, medical cure, employment, social insurance, income distribution, and so on, it influence stability and development. Base on this, Hu jintao on behalf of Communist Party of China appointed out the theory of social construction for overall development, causing the socialism with Chinese characteristics overall layout, from the socialist economic construction, political construction and cultural construction of"trinity"of the layout, including the development of social construction, becoming the"Four in One"new layout, improving people's livelihood is the vital part in social construction. The issue of people's livelihood becomes hot point. This paper is under this background, stick the theory of Marxism, trace back to people's livelihood history, and research the issue of people's livelihood deeply under the situation.This paper consists of three parts. The first part defines the concept of social construction and people's livelihood, through the proposed process of social construction, defines the relation between social construction and improving people's livelihood, reflects the importance of improving people's livelihood. The second part analyses the main expression, cause, character of the issue of people's livelihood. Knowing the issue of people's livelihood fully is important to improve people's livelihood. The third part proposes methods on improving people's livelihood. In order to realize the beautiful wish that people can learn what be taught, work can get gains, diseases be cured, when aged be supported, have houses to live in early.
